Accessorize, Accessorize, Accessorize!

I think that my favorite part of weddings is all the accessories you need as a bride. Besides the dress you also need a veil (if you want), a tiara, if you are a princess anyway (which I am of course ;)) and shoes - oh and don't forget jewelry! And all of these accessories add up to make the most beautiful outfit I will probably ever wear. The problem with all these accessories is the cost. Holy canolies these things can get expensive. At the dress store where I bought my wedding dress I found and veil and tiara that were absolutely stunning. I tried them on with my dress and I just loved them but the total cost for the two items was $500.

 

Then my Aunt said she wanted to make my veil - you can't beat that! And the other day she sent me a picture of my veil and tiara and it is WAY more beautiful than I could have imagined. It is 10 times more beautiful than the one I tried on in the store. I can't wait to try it on with my dress :)

Khrysty's Project Update!

It's official...time is flying by. There is only 4 more months until the wedding and it would be an understatement to say that I was getting a little anxious. The official word would be that I am getting extremely anxious, lol. I feel like by now I should have everything planned and all my projects started but that is not the case.

 

I do have a good start on most things though so I shouldn't be freaking out too bad - right?

 

The framing project is done - yay! Big thanks to my sister in law for that one. And the menu cards/table numbers are half way, but I NEED flowers and I can't find the right ones...boo!

 

The one big project still pending is the favors..we have got to get a move on this!
